What payment methods do we support?

Currently, we support payments via PayPal, direct bank transfers, and major credit cards, with plans to introduce more payment options in the near future to further enhance your shopping experience.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is completed and shipped through our logistics partners, we will send you an email containing all your tracking information. If you require further assistance with logistics, please feel free to contact our customer service team and we will assist you with your inquiries.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Can I return or exchange my items?

Due to health and safety reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges for unopened (sealed) products, or if the item you received is deemed defective. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us and our team will be there to assist you.

If I don't like my product, can I return it?

We apologize if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, not every toy suits everyone's body perfectly, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds or credit for this situation. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for guidance on how to best utilize your product. Our team is also more than happy to provide you with the utmost guidance possible.

If I forgot to apply a discount, can it be applied after my order is confirmed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.

SHIPPING

How long does it take for the product to be shipped?

All orders are dispatched from our distribution center within 1-2 business days. Your order should safely arrive at your doorstep in approximately 5-10 business days via express delivery. All orders are handled discreetly, with a particular emphasis on your privacy – packages will not include any labels, descriptions, or any other indications.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders over $4910. Any customs and import fees in your region are your responsibility, and we cannot cover these charges or taxes.

Does it include import tax?

Unfortunately, no, dear. We do not cover any additional customs duties, fees, or taxes that may be incurred on your order.

Do you provide discreet packaging?

It's what's inside that counts. All of our orders are shipped in plain packaging (think of the most basic package you can imagine) with no logos or branding. For Canadian customers, we make every effort to ensure discreet shipping, but please note, Canadian customers, that we do not control the information on customs declarations, so your package may indicate that it contains adult toys.
