Timeframe: All requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Due to the intimate nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Exclusions: Custom or personalized items, as well as clearance or final sale items, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

  1. Defective Product Returns

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team via email at support@lovequay.com or through our website’s contact form. Provide your order number, the defective item, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Warranty Information

LOVEQUAY carries a variety of products from numerous manufacturers. Many of our products have extended warranties covered by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for verifying the warranty period, coverage, and process, which would be indicated on the product packaging, in an insert, or online at the manufacturer’s website.   1. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  1. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use.

  1. Special Seasonal Items

Halloween costumes and accessories purchased between October 20 and November 1 are final sale and cannot be returned.

Your city or state may have laws making some items on our site illegal. It is your obligation to check local and state laws before ordering! We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased from LOVEQUAY stores or from our website.
